Booking conditions at Hotel Kandahar

TOURIST TAX:

The tourist tax supplement will be €2 + 4.5% IGI (4.5%) per person per day for those 16 years of age and over, for a maximum of 7 days. This supplement is not included in the price.

YEAR-ROUND SNOW GUARANTEE:

If Pas de la Casa-Grau Roig is closed, the hotel will refund your entire deposit.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION:

The hotel will require a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) as a guarantee. American Express is not accepted. You will also be asked for a mobile phone number so they can contact you a few days before your arrival to confirm your intention to come.

CANCELLATION FEES FOR INDIVIDUALS (NOT VALID FOR GROUPS):

ARRIVAL BETWEEN 1/12 AND 14/12 INCLUSIVE

Fees will be charged if you cancel 5 days before the arrival date.

From 0 to 5 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total booking

6 days or more: the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.

Only in the case of a no-show will you be charged 100% of the total reservation cost. This only applies if the client does not notify you of their cancellation.

ARRIVAL STARTING 15/12:

From 0 to 7 days before arrival: the hotel will keep 30% of the total booking

8 days or more: no cancellation fees. Your deposit will be refunded.

In case of NO SHOW (non-presentation) : 100% of the total reservation, only if the client does not inform of their cancellation.

RULES OF CONDUCT:

Should a guest fail to comply with the hotel's safety regulations, or if their behavior is deemed inappropriate (excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, fighting, shouting, or insults), they will be automatically expelled without refund and will be required to pay for the unused portion of their stay. These regulations apply to both direct and agency guests.

Children aged 0–2 years: mandatory daily rate of €12. Includes cot, changing table, and bathtub. Homemade purees are available upon request.
